We are the country’s leading manufacturer of food-grade plastic packaging products, certified with FSSC 22000v:5:1, ISO9001:2015 and HACCP. Our specialisation is in injection molding and thermoforming. By investing in and utilising the state-of-the-art machines and precision molds, we were able to produce our worldwide patented combo lids, dairy scoops, chilled food tubs and lids, and noodle cups. We also provide our clients with product design and packaging consultations.

Injection Molding

With 25 injection molding machines from Germany and precision molds from Switzerland in place, Versatile Creative Plastic Sdn Bhd is able to customise and produce quality plastic products such as yogurt tubs and lids; ice cream containers; hot-serving food bowls; and other plastic containers. Ultimately, it is our equipment and technology that enable us to provide consistent, high quality products time and time again.

In-Mold Labeling (IML)

We utilise European robotics that allow us to offer customers the option of decorating injection-molded parts with higher resolution and photo-realistic imagery, via IML.

Thermoforming

Thermoforming allows for the production of small or large-sized cups made from PS material, where even thinner wall thicknesses are required. Most are shrink sleeved with customer’s designs and brand names.

Assembly

Should there be a need, Versatile Creative Plastic Sdn Bhd also provides customers with secondary processing that fits their requirements.
